Wholesale Shipping

For orders above 20kg (International Orders) and 25kg (Domestic Orders), shipping will be facilitated by other couriers depending on the total weight order and your location. This shipping fee will be invoiced separately after the order has been processed.

You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed in the checkout process. So Natural Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time.

Goods and Services Tax is charged for merchandise ordered on this website.

We only accept returns within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and a credit note will be issued. Customers are responsible for return postage fees.
